Unique 2BDR Suite Near Sea and Pool in City Center

Positive: Good location, easy access to main roads, busses, ferries etc. Big supermarket less than 100 meters away. Negative: Water pressure quite low. Bad sound insulation can disturb light sleepers — sounds are audible from outdoors and neighboring units.

Positive: Very large flat, rather central location, 5-10 mins from Sliema ferries terminal which offers many bus connections. Self checkin, I was able to leave my bags in the flat early, thanks. Washing machine ready for use, bring your own detergent though. Clean flat. Great price/quality ratio for my stay. Size comfortable enough for 4 people, but I was on my own. 2 separate bedrooms both have own A/C and the living room also has 1 A/C. Negative: Parking might be difficult. Some things need imrovement - lamps in bedroom don't work(probably bad bulbs?), dark stains from suitcases around the flat(it would look nicer if you painted it white once in a while). A lot of pigeons outside. Extremely loud neighbours upstairs, did not react while asked to be quiet - they arrived at 4 in the morning and were extremely noisy with music and screams on purpose. Well, touristic area with many drunks close to Paceville. Stains on the white pillow covers, might give impression its not clean.

Week stay at apartment Positive: The place was excellent value. Really good size and a great location in Sliema. It is near a beach and near a pool that you can pay to go to. The air conditioning works well. There isn't designated parking, but it was always easy to find parking close by. Beds were comfortable. Negative: Small criticisms but worth noting. Communication isn't great, we were told to contact on the day for an earlier check in which we did, but there was no reply. Similarly, we asked for help with the tv (which we eventually worked out) but we never got contact. Also as others have said, not many cleaning supplies which was a shame as we were there six days and would have loved a broom. These aren't detractors enough to not book, but just things to be aware of.
