Positive: Location good. The unit was renovated with balcony. There was a lift. Close to little grocery store and restaurants not far.
Negative: The maintenance in the unit was poor. The supposedly fully equipped kitchen was not true. Small double bed. A couple of issues were fixed straight away, but most of them needed people to come. I did not want to wait around while on holidays for the maintenance people to come. Opportunity for the unit to be great, but it needs to be looked after. Consideration is needed for people saying 8 nights with clean linen left in unit.
