Negative: Its not clean there's a dead bird and cockroach.

Positive: Duże i ładne mieszkanko w dobrej lokalizacji. Negative: Pomieszczenie w piwnicy, odrazu po wejściu było czuć zapach wilgoci. Kolejnym minusem jest czystość-karaluchy i mrówki chodzące spacerkiem po ścianach.

It was a very very disappointing experience because apartment was new and pictures looked very nice. Positive: It was a very good location and apartment itself was nicely furnished Negative: It is not clear from description that the apartment was at the floor -1 si mind you you see only walls all around. One room was attached to shaft that smelled so badly, you could never open the window and you never wanted to even because you would not know what lived out there. We found cockroaches every day in the apartment, huge ones and the owner did nothing about it. Never even responded. It was disgusting.
