Lähdimme pois etuajassa Positive: Näkymä ikkunoista merelle oli hieno. Negative: Esittelykuvista vain muutama oli tästä huoneesta ja niistä sai täysin väärän käsityksen millainen huone oli. Makuuhuoneen suihku oli avoin, ilman suojaa, niin että vesi valui huoneeseen suihkussa käydessä. Nettiyhteys toimi vain olohuoneessa.

Host fantasma Positive: La posizione vista mare Negative: Mi sono trovato in difficoltà con la prenotazione del trasporto in aeroporto. Ho chiesto aiuto all'host che mi ha fornito un numero di telefono di un loro autista di fiducia. Il problema è che l' autista non ha ne risposto né è venuto a prendermi. Risultato? Ho prenotato un'altra corsa alle 4:30 am. Ma non è bastato. Conclusione? Ho perso il volo di ritorno ed ho dovuto ripagare il biglietto aereo.

When we mentionned it is not what we rented , much smaller , 3 stories instead of the large single story we did rent. He argues this was what we rented. The day after , someone at the door claiming that was the appartment they rented. We finally found out our appartment was on the 2 nd floor.He said it was our mistake, how could we access the first appartment without his directions. Lot’s of stress! Je wanted us to stay in the small appartment without his directions lots of stairs Even if out of trying to make it easy on everyone , we had offer to pay for the cleaning. He was rude He said you have 2 choices : you stay where you are or go out. My husband said : there is a 3rd option: we stay in the appartment we reserved and paid for . He said to my husband: I can get guys to take you out! !I was terribly scared. I am 78 years old and a treat Line this got my pressure to rise .And I forgot to mention the taxi left us on the corner of a street and When I tried to call him , he said : who are you? What do you want in a scary way. The appartment we had rented and we had paid for,compared to the pictures we had seen Contrary to what he was arguing with me when we entered the 1 st appartment. I said : We rented a 1 story and we have 3. It was much bigger with 8 Windows. His andwered was: It dépends on the angle the photo was taken !!! I replied 3 stori

Dreadful Stay Positive: It was in Valletta & it was spacious. Negative: The balcony was unusable. Floor was broken concrete. Discarded plant pots and rubbish. No table, old rusty chairs. Very noisy. Window frames had huge gaps and did not close properly. This meant it was impossible to shut out the traffic noise from 5.am making it impossible to sleep. Shower had mould around the seals. We had to relocate after 2 nights. The hosts were contacted but we had no response. We are seeking compensation for our additional accommodation costs which we have never had to do before.

Je retournerai ici et pas ailleurs, quand les double-vitrages seront posés dans la chambre à coucher . Merci ;-) Positive: L’emplacement magnifique avec vue sur l’entrée du grand harbour. L’appartement est spacieux et merveilleusement placé. Negative: La chambre à coucher doit être insonorisée pour garantir la tranquillité et le sommeil des hôtes.
