Luxury Seaside Suite in Sliema Main Street!

Great location but I wish I’d spent my money elsewhere Positive: Great location in Sliema, modern and comfortable apartment, elevator is very practical. Almost all the amenities worked as planed: dishwasher, kettle, iron, washing machine... Negative: There were so many issues with the apartment itself, as well as with the management team. For a listing that is advertised as “Luxury”, it is missing some of the most basic comforts (running hot water for more than 5 minutes, no consistent water pressure, zero ventilation in the bathroom, no hangers for wet towels, no power outlet in bathroom, not a single pillowcase without a stain or yellowish hue, etc.). I was also concerned about safety and theft as the owners never confirmed whether the apartment code was unique to each guest, and I often saw the building’s main door downstairs unlocked and wide open. When I asked the owners about these issues, they always said “we’ll get back to you shortly”, but didn’t provide answers, despite the fact that I followed-up multiple times. Always “thank you for your patience, we’ll get back to you shortly”. Sometimes the info they provided was wrong, which added to the confusion. It just didn’t live up to the ad or to the price, I wish I’d spent my money elsewhere.
