Disaster....never again Positive: Comfortable bed, Netflix and Prime TV available Negative: From the very start I was unhappy. I had no balcony (and I had purposely booked this apartment for a balcony view). This was the only apartment that didn't have a balcony. I contacted the property owners as I had no hot water and no plates to eat off. A few simple instructions could have been left on how to turn the water on and that yhe cupboards were push open would have helped. Instead I engaged in a very rude man that wouldn't answer my phone calls and cut me off. He accused me og being aggressive as I was complaining. I simply stated I was very unhappy and wanted the issues fixed immediately after having come off a very long flight with no hot water for a shower and couldn't even eat my dinner with no plate. Extremely disappointed and would never recommend booking this place. Pillows were also lumpy, pans in kitchen were dirty, overall cleanliness was grubby..everything needed a good clean, neighbours loud and disturbing. The main woman who I communicated through booking.com was much more helpful and reassuring. To be honest, they should be disgraced by the lack of apology for my complaints and the reaction that was given to my complaints. If you want problem free accomodation, I would not recommend staying here
