Sliema Stylish Penthouse with Rooftop Pool & BBQ

Positive: Good location. Stylish apartment. Negative: No ensuite bathroom. Cleaners came at 10.30. No answer from phone contact at all. White camera on wall in bedroom and kitchen. Not ok with cameras. Kitchen walls need a new coat of paint.

Recommended stay at this apartment Positive: Location, location,location. Easy access to the ferry terminal. Near Daves supermarket. Easy access to food. Negative: One of the bathroom was smelly - maybe drainage issue? Even though the bathroom was clean. There are no hooks in both bathrooms. It would have been nice to have the hooks behind the bathroom door. One of rhe bathroom's shower door doesn't close properly.

Magical Stay in Malta Positive: The apartment is very spacious and in a fabulous location. Communication with the hosts was very convenient. Negative: A few extra touches would have been appreciated e.g. an ironing board for the iron and shelves for toiletries in the two excellent showers.

The room was overall clean. We did see a big cobweb mass in the kitchen above the refrigerator and freezer. I think it is because the cleaning people never looked up there. The bathroom on the right had a shower door that was barely hanging on there. The nice thing about the shower was the water was super hot and felt great. You just have to be patient for it to get hot.We asked for early check in as our flight arrived at 10 am that day. The AI bot was forwarding our request to the cleaning personnel but we never got a reply. We ended up goin in at about 2:30 pm to drop off our luggage and they gracefully let us do that. They said the room was really dirty from previous visitors and needed more time. It ended up that we couldn’t get in to the room until 3:30 pm so it was a late check in. But better that the room was clean.We couldn’t find the hair dryer and the AI bot said to check the bedroom. I checked all over and didn’t find it. AI said they would let gust service know. We didn’t hear from them. We did find it 2 days later. It was in the TV council. Strange place to put it. There were actually 2.The largest issue we had was when the power to the room went out 2 days before our departure. Ali said to check the circuit breaker and then a closet in the fist floor hallway. All was good with the circuit board on our balcony and I went down to the first floor. You couldn’t make heads or tails of that complex electrical grid. Nothing was labeled.
