Lage sehr gut, Geschäfte, Lebensmittelladen in der Nähe. Kurze Wege zu Fähre und den Buslinien.Leider waren die AC-Bedienungen der einzelnen Zimmer vertauscht.Keinerlei schriftliche Anweisung zu TV/Mülltrennung/AC.Minimalausstattung Geschirr ( das allerdings war einwandfrei sauber)Offensichtlich undBasisgewürze Keinerlei Geschirrputzmittelund Lappen/ Schwamm etc. Das bedeutet dass man theoretisch nach jedem Frühstück die Spülmaschine benutzen müsste.Bei abendlicher Nutzung des Wasserkochers fiel die komplette Stromversorgung aus. Nach diversen Ferndiagnosen fragwürdiger Art und dem Versuch an der Hauptsicherung im ersten Stock war Funkstille und erst am nächsten Tag wurde der Schaden in unserer Abwesenheit behoben.Offensichtlich wurden in den hinten liegenden Räumen neue Fenster eingebaut aber noch nicht abgeschlossen. Z.B. waren noch Produktionsaufkleber auf den Scheiben.

Great location but needs mould removal Positive: The location of this property is perfect, close to restaurants, supermarket, ferries and the beach. Easily walkable and close to public transport. Kitchen is reasonably equipped. Nice little balcony that has a little view of the water. Negative: There is mould everywhere and is smells. The main bedroom ceiling is full of mould, the shower and the air conditioner (see pictures). The main bedroom has no window and is dark and damp. Also, there is only one bathroom and that is an ensuite in the main bedroom, so if you're travelling with friends staying in the 2nd bedroom, they will have to walk through your bedroom to use the bathroom.

Positive: Good location, a lot of space in the apartment, a few adapters and uso ports to charge phones, lift, big wardrobes, pretty good kitchen equipment. Negative: The bedsheets were a little dirty, the mould I read about in other reviews is still there and unfortunately it's not a small one but a huge one with an unpleasant smell - someone should really take care of it. There's something wrong with the kettle because when we tried to use it the power went off, we had to wait hours for someone to turn it back on and in that time we couldn't do anything in the apartment, since everything there needs power to work - no preparing food, no AC. The whatsapp. number we got to contact the property was completely useless, no one has even read our messages there and we had to use booking for communication. In such case why even bother giving it to anyone? Two hairdryers in the room - one not working, the other one overheating very quickly. All of the dishes were bought for 4 people, except for glasses, so each time one person had to drink from a mug or a wine glass - it's a little thing but it's not hard to improve it. And one thing that we were missing the whole trip was a big mirror somewhere inside, there are many walls in the apartment where it could be hung on.
