Positive: Была туалетная бумага Negative: При бронировании была указана отдельная спальня, которую мы не нашли. Была отдельная односпальная кровать. Вообще квартира не рассчитана на четыре спальных места. Wi-fi был только в первый вечер, в остальные дни он отсутствовал. Представьте ситуацию, вы в отпуске, приехали в другую страну, а музыку послушать или просто посмотреть телевизор нет возможности. Что остается делать, смотреть в окно. Но и это невозможно, так как оно ооооочень грязное, прям бело-грязного цвета. Я сброшу фото, но оно не передает весь уровень загрязнения. В квартире ремонт был еще в 90- е годы. Окна, подоконники давно пора подремонтировать и покрасить заново. На все наши обращения по поводу интернета хозяин присылал сообщения-указания ,например, как разделять мусор, как мы должны после выселения все убрать в квартире, снять грязное белье( хорошо не постирать). А если вдруг задержимся после 10-00(это обязательное время выселения), то должны оплатить деньги. Не советую вам эту квартиру. Низкий уровень сервиса.

Great location and easy instrctions Positive: Everything was exactly as described, the check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow, and we had no issues at all during our stay. Everything went smoothly and we were very happy with the apartment.

Horrendous experience! Positive: Nothing! Negative: Lack of communication. .No information sent. Incorrect code given for access & 2 codes were needed. No answer to messages or phone call. Another resident let us into the complex but we still couldn't get into the apartment. A cleaner came out of the apartment at 5pm & gave us the correct codes. An hour after our rental should have started. When we entered the apartment the double bed was made up & sectioned off from the room by badly hung curtains. A shelf was hanging off the wall under the loft window. A pair of boots & a vape we're laying around. The single bed was not made up, even though we had said we needed both beds. No bedding could be found. Cupboards had locks on them so we couldn't access anything. No wifi code. After no response we booked into a hotel, at great expense & notified the owner that we were leaving. We have requested a refund. Originally the owner apologised for an internal area causing us not to receive the information. They then denied that we hadn't been sent the information. Absolute nightmare!
