Fully Equipped Studio in Prime Linné and Haga

Gothenburg is a lovely city and we enjoyed our visit. Positive: Very comfortable, well equipped and good location. Negative: Normally we would have given this property a top rating but there was a serious issue with entry to the building (not the apartment). The entry code was changed without warning and the new code not provided until 12 hours later. The phone connection on the entry panel went to an automated answer in Swedish only. We do not speak Swedish. Fortunately, after waiting for 20 minutes in the cold evening air, another resident arrived who had the new code. For the rest of our time the electronic entry panel was malfunctioning, leaving us worried that we would be locked out. Even an excellent unit is unacceptable if you are not confident you can gain entry. No explanation was ever provided by the apartment block or Booking.com as to what was happening with the apartment entry and we find that quite unacceptable service.

Wir kommen definitiv wieder Positive: Super zentral gelegen. Einfaches Einchecken Sehr zuvorkommender Service, haben alles organisiert, was möglich war. Das Appartement ist gut ausgestattet, mit allem was man braucht - alles ist neu und modern. Über Email wurde in wenigen Minuten geantwortet , auch wenn teilweise KI, aber man hat immer eine schnelle Antwort bekommen Negative: Die Sauberkeit- unterm Bett , lagen benutzte Taschentücher, im Schrank musste ich selber nachwischen. Ist aber wirklich nur die Ausnahme, sonst ist das Apartment sauber und gepflegt . Durch die Zentrale Heizungsregulierung, war das Apartment teilweise kalt. Dafür kann aber der Vermieter wenig - hat sogar elektrische Heizkörper organisiert. Telefonische Erreichbarkeit teilweise schwer

The staff was really nice, always trying the best to help on our problems. Would definitely choose to stay here again if Positive: Facilities are very new and good Negative: Heating was a bit weak
