Negative: Zimno pomimo tego ze temp. na zewnatrz 20 stopni. Wejscie z ulicy praktycznie do kuchni. Nieszczelne drzwi wejsciowe, i wygladaly na malo stabilne. Bardzo glośno, wszystkie odglosy z ulicy z obu stron bylo slychac albo w kuchni albo w sypialni
