Stunning 2BR Villa with Pool

Positive: / Negative: What a disappointment. What was supposed to be a relaxing holiday turned into a very frustrating experience. Unfortunately, the house had numerous malfunctions and safety issues. Whenever we tried to report these issues or ask for help through the Booking.com, chat but we were mostly redirected to a chatbox, which made it extremely difficult to get actual assistance. One of the most frustrating situations happened when we accidentally locked ourselves out of the house. Upon arrival, nobody explained to us that the back door had a lock that could lock itself automatically. One day, while we were all sitting outside, the door closed behind us and we were unable to get back inside. We immediately contacted Booking.com and sent multiple messages, but we had to wait three hours (!!) before someone finally arrived to help us. The person who arrived did not seem to know how to solve the problem either and eventually entered the house through an upstairs bedroom. Once he managed to unlock the door, he charged us €80, which we had to pay directly and never received back. Unfortunately, this was just one of many problems we experienced during our stay: - A special adapter used for the kitchen appliances burned out, meaning we could no longer use appliances such as the coffee machine, toaster, etc. - One of the gas stove knobs was loose, and one of my friends burned himself as a result. - The dishwasher was completely out of order. - One of the kitchen taps did not work, meaning we could only get warm water. - The downstairs bathroom toilet was leaking, leaving the entire bathroom soaking wet. We were also unable to flush the toilet properly. - The terrace was covered in small pieces of glass, resulting in several of us getting cuts and bleeding feet. - The sofa in the living room was broken and could not be used as a sleeping space. - The upstairs bathroom toilet was also leaking. - We were unable to lock the upstairs bedroom. - ...

Brutta esperienza non consiglio Negative: Il proprietario non risponde, ha un chabot che risponde in automatico e ti da un numero telefono per le emergenze al quale non risponde nessuno. Non ha risposto nessuno per tutti e 3 i giorni. Mancava 1 letto visto che il divano letto era rotto. Siamo rimasti senza luce per 48 ore, 8 persone senza elettricità e senza acqua per il wc. Quindi non abbiamo usato ne piscina ne jacuzi ma neanche la doccia per un paio di giorni. Niente frigo d'estate, insomma potete immaginare. La jacuzi e la piscina erano sporche la villa così cosi.. fuori era messo male pieno di foglie e aghi di pino La posizione non è buona troppo lontana da tutto La villa tutto sommato è bella ma abbiamo avuto una pessima esperienza
