The Kings Park Perch | Walk to Park & CBD by Beyond Stay

Modern apartment within CBD area! Positive: Modern apartment, well equipped kitchen facilities. Location was quite central to the CBD area. Great for a family of four. Comes with laundry and dryer so definitely a very well equipped apartment. Negative: The apartment itself was really great. A few things that could be better, the beds (queen size was a bit small). It will be better to have twin beds or a king size bed. Please note that the key collection is not on the apartment site. You'll need to collect the keys from a different location and we didn't realise this until we were at the apartment. Since we had a car arranged a few days before our arrival, we went straight to the apartment. Lastly, maybe provide details for rubbish disposal as we didn't know where to throw the rubbish after our stay. Overall we were happy with our stay and will definitely recommend.
